After-sale policy

The products sold by Grand-Pro are strictly based on the Law of the People's Republic of China on Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests and the Law of the People's Republic of China on Product Quality. The services are as follows:

 

Return and exchange policy

1, Customers can enjoy no reason to return service within seven days from the date of receipt. While customer must ensure that the returned goods do not affect the secondary sales. The trademarks and various marks of the goods and accessories are complete, and if there are free gifts, they must be returned together. If the product is damaged, the package is missing, and the spare parts are missing, the return will not be processed.

2, If the non-human damage performance failure occurs within seven days from the date of receipt, customer shall return goods after the inspection and confirmation by the Grand-Pro after-sales service center. Customer must present a valid purchase voucher and return the invoice. If there are free gifts, they must be returned together.

3, If the non-human damage performance failure occurs within 15 days from the date of receipt, customer can exchange goods after the inspection and confirmation by the Grand-Pro after-sales service center. After the exchange, the three guarantee period shall recalculated.

4, Grand-Pro after-sales service center will be responsible for the free repair service and the freight generated by the machine repair due to the machine failure caused by the quality of the product itself within two years from the date of receipt.

5, Consumable products that do not affect the secondary sales enjoy 7 days no reason return service. Opened/man-made damaged/lost goods will not processed for 7 days no reason return service

 

Warranty

1, Customer should properly save the warranty card of this machine and the formal invoice issued during purchasing. Customer must present the above voucher as the basis for returning, exchange or repair.

2, The validity period of the three-guarantee is calculated from the date of invoicing.

3,The warranty content is as follows:

Main unit (machine parts)  2 years

Rechargeable battery  6 months

Machine parts such as side brushes, main brushes, strainers, filter and virtual wall, etc. are not warranted.

Repair and replacement of accessories during the warranty period belongs to Grand-Pro after-sales service center.

 

Non-warranty

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty, while our after-sales service center can provide a charge service.

1, The product warranty period has exceed the time limit;

2, Customer failed to provide a valid proof of purchase or warranty card, or the model number on the warranty card does not match the model of the repaired product.

3, Replace consumables (such as side brushes, main brushes, cleaning tools, filter , virtual wall, etc.);

4. Failure or damage caused by incorrect installation, operation, and maintenance;

5, Failure or damage caused by violation of the instructions in the instruction manual;

6, Failure or damage caused by improper storage;

7, Failure or damage caused by disassemble, repair, or modification by a non-after-sales service center authorized professional;

8, Failure or damage caused by accident, natural disaster or irresistible factors;

9, Failure or damage caused by improper packaging or improper handling during repair;

10, Malicious damage to the contents of the warranty card, resulting in product information not distinguishable;

 

Special tips

1. The applicable scope of the “Three Guarantees” service is the mainland of the People's Republic of China, excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan.

2. Grand-Pro after-sales service center -Grand-Pro industrial park, at the intersection of Shihu Rd. and Linjing 2nd Rd.,Suxian District, Chenzhou, Hunan Province, China.
